1. Introduction

Welcome to CMA Generator (the "Service"), a product offered by CK Online Center (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

CMA Generator is a financial reporting tool that helps users create:

  • Bank CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) Reports following RBI standard format
  • Project Reports for PMEGP, Mudra, Standup India, and similar schemes
  • Financial projections, ratios, and supporting documents in PDF and Excel formats

The reports generated are based on user-provided information and are intended for use as drafts/working documents. Final review by a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or financial advisor is recommended before bank submission.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our service.

4. User Accounts

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • One user may only hold one account. Multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits are prohibited.

5. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing structure includes:

  • Bank CMA Report: ₹99 per report
  • Project Report + CMA: ₹299 per report
  • Unlimited Plan: ₹999 for 30 days of unlimited access

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, where applicable). The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden charges. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

For GST-registered customers requiring detailed tax invoices with input tax credit (ITC) breakup, please contact us with your GSTIN — we will issue a compliant tax invoice.

Prices may change at our discretion. Existing purchases will be honored at the price paid.

6. Refund Policy

7. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when generating reports.
  • Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, security, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Resell or redistribute our reports under your name or another business name.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our service.

8. Disclaimer & Accuracy of Reports

The reports generated by CMA Generator are computational outputs based on user inputs. They are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do NOT:

  • Guarantee that reports will lead to loan approval.
  • Replace professional advice from a Chartered Accountant or banker.
  • Take responsibility for inaccurate user inputs or assumptions.

Users are responsible for verifying all numerical and factual details before submission to any bank or authority. We strongly recommend professional review.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, layouts, calculation engines, and code on the Service are the property of CK Online Center or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The reports you generate using your input data are yours to use freely — for personal business, bank submissions, or sharing with your CA.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CK Online Center shall not be liable for:

  • Loan rejections or any business losses arising from use of our reports.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

12. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activities or chargebacks.
  • Misuse the service in ways that harm us or other users.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
