Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quick Summary: Since CMA Generator delivers digital reports instantly, refunds are limited. We offer a fair-use policy for technical issues and unused unlimited plans.

1. Our Approach to Refunds

At CK Online Center, we want every customer to get full value from CMA Generator. We process refunds for genuine cases such as duplicate payments, service failures, or unused unlimited plans within the first 24 hours.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Full Refund

  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same plan/credit, the duplicate amount is refunded.
  • Failed downloads due to our technical error: If our servers fail to deliver a report after successful payment and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
  • Unused Unlimited Plan (within 24 hours): If you purchased the ₹999 unlimited plan and have NOT downloaded any report, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
  • Wrong product purchased by error: If our website misrepresented a feature and you purchased based on that, contact us within 7 days.

❌ NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Already-downloaded reports: Once a PDF/Excel report has been downloaded, the credit is consumed and no refund is possible.
  • Loan rejection by your bank: Our reports are tools — bank approval depends on multiple factors beyond report quality (credit score, business viability, documents, etc.).
  • User input errors: Reports generated based on incorrect or incomplete data you provided.
  • Change of mind: After a report has been generated and previewed.
  • Inability to use the service: Due to user-side issues (browser issues, device incompatibility, internet problems).
  • Unlimited Plan after report download: Once even one report is downloaded under the unlimited plan, refund is not eligible.
  • Subscription past 24-hour cancellation window.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at ckonline61@gmail.com with:
    • Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"
    • Your registered email address
    • Razorpay Payment ID (visible in your dashboard)
    • Reason for refund
    • Date of payment
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  4. Refund typically reaches your account in 5-7 business days, depending on your bank/card.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 One-Time Credits (Bank CMA / Project Report)

Per-report credits are one-time purchases and cannot be cancelled once consumed. Unused credits remain valid in your account indefinitely.

4.2 Unlimited Plan (₹999 / 30 days)

The Unlimited Plan is a 30-day access pass. To cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of payment + no report downloaded → Full refund eligible
  • After 24 hours OR after first report download → No refund, but plan remains active until expiry
  • The plan does NOT auto-renew — you only pay once per 30 days.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved amicably and quickly.

Fraudulent chargebacks (after report download) may result in account suspension and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Service Failure Compensation

If our service is down for more than 24 consecutive hours during your active Unlimited Plan, we will extend your plan duration by an equivalent period at no extra cost.

7. GST & Refund

If GST was charged on your payment and a refund is approved, the GST component will also be refunded as per Indian tax laws.
